Dallas – On Friday, Nov. 2, KERA aired a story in which the chairman of the Texas Transportation Commission raised questions about the economic feasibility of the Trinity Toll Road whose fate rests with voters Nov. 6. Jerry Hiebert, the former executive director of the North Texas Tollway Authority, responded to the comments in an interview that aired during All Things Considered Friday afternoon. The North Texas Tollway Authority is the agency that has agreed to develop the Trinity Parkway for the City of Dallas.
