Dallas, TX –

During a recent meeting of Dallas County Commissioners, John Wiley Price accused County Judge Jim Foster of being derelict in his duties. It wasn't the first negative comment made about the alarm company owner's lack of experience since his victory in the Democratic tide that swept Dallas County elections in November. At issue with the Price comment was Foster missing a vote on the fate of now-former Constable Mike Dupree following allegations of sexual misconduct and other charges. Foster says he was ill, but did feel the vote should be delayed a week to allow more time to read an investigator's report on Dupree. Foster says the court has since unanimously chosen a replacement for Dupree, and in a interview about his first six months on the job, Foster said he's resolved matters with Price.
