Irving, TX – The Dallas Cowboys are scheduled to move to a new stadium in Arlington in January 2009. But what will become of the 35-year-old Texas Stadium? The city of Irving hasn't come up with a plan, but voters will help decide what might replace it, and how that would be paid for on election day, May 13th.
