U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay (R-TX) on Thursday was booked in Houston, according to the Austin-American Statesman. Booked on felony charges of conspiracy and money laundering, DeLay was photographed, fingerprinted and released on $10,000 bond. DeLay later filed a motion to move his trial outside of Travis County.
