Residents in Garland say seeing news vans and journalists swarming the neighborhood Sunday night was a shocking sight.

And Texas Health Resources, the hospital where Thomas Eric Duncan was treated, announced they’ve partnered with Duncan’s family to create a scholarship in his name.
