There’s a new after-school club in Denton ISD where kids can play computer games. But they’re not just staring like zombies into screens; they’re learning to write code.

And there was a tense and lengthy debate Thursday about what’s become the issue of the Dallas city elections next month. The road that’s proposed to run next to the Trinity River through downtown Dallas.
