The top local stories this evening from the KERA Newsroom: KERA’s final chapter of the series One Crisis Away: Inside a Neighborhood tells the story of a single mother trying to get by on $10 an hour. And a single accident happened at exactly the wrong place in Dallas this morning. 

It bogged down traffic on multiple highways and side streets for hours.
