From The Newsroom: Payday Loans To Pay Bills, Prison Reform In Texas

In Dallas’ Jubilee Park, many people live on the financial edge. If they fall off, sometimes it seems like the only safety net is a payday loan.

And a poll released this week finds that the majority of Texans support criminal justice reform.
