Amber Vinson, diagnosed with Ebola early Wednesday morning lives in the largest apartment complex in Dallas. Workers were already decontaminating in hours before the sun came up. And after two of the nurses who treated Thomas Eric Duncan became sick with Ebola, their colleagues across the state are expressing concerns about preparation for handling the disease.
