FAA - Air Traffic Controllers

The National Transportation Safety Board is expressing concern with a new, looser, Federal Aviation Administration policy on air traffic controller mistakes. Air traffic controllers can now allow planes to get 20-percent closer to one another than the law allows without risking punishment. Robert talks with Dr. Marvin Smith, Chairman of the Air Traffic Management Degree Program at Embry Riddle University in Daytona, Florida.
