This year the Tobacco Industry suffered a severe blow when Florida smokers were awarded 145 billion dollars in punitive damages in a class action suit. But a recent Supreme Court decision and the incoming President may make things easier for tobacco Manufacturers. NPR's Debbie Elliott updates the Tobacco wars.
