Lisa talks with NPR's Sylvia Pogioli in Belgrade as Serb elections for the 250-seat parliament are held today. Watchers expect to see a turn in the polls away from the remaining supporters of former President Slobodan Milosevic and in favor newly elected President Voijslav Kostininica.
