NPR's Mark Roberts reports on a popular Denver bookstore's battle against a court order that would force the store to hand over sales records that police say could help convict a drug suspect. The Tattered Cover Bookstore's owner says the records are protected under the First Amendment, and says she'll appeal the case to the Colorado Supreme Court.
