Van Cliburn Auditions

Tom Vitale (vih-TALL-ee) reports on the tenth annual Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. It's held every four years for pianists between 18 and 30. 35 finalists will be chosen to compete in the final rounds; the first prize winner gets 20-thousand dollars, a record contract, and a Carnegie Hall debut. Vitale talks with a number of contestants and judges.
