Dallas, TX – The Irving woman who called 9-1-1 Monday afternoon to report she had killed her two children, told operators she used a "wire" to strangle them.
Court documents released show 30 year old Saiqa Akhter also told emergency operators that both children were "not breathing and were blue."
Akhter's five year old son was dead. Her two year old daughter is reported to be on life support. Ahkter remains in the Irving jail.
