They're not absolutely certain, but officials with the General Land Office said a shift in the wind over the weekend means oil from that huge spill in the Gulf could reach Texas in two to three weeks.
Greg Pollock is Deputy Commissioner with the Oil Spill Prevention and Response Program. He told KERA's Sam Baker what reaches Texas likely will amount to somewhat of a tar ball attack.
