Dallas, TX –

Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert's iPhone "economic stimulus" campaign is already getting results.

25 customized, fully-functional iPhones have been mailed to CEO's with a video message from Mayor Leppert urging them to re-locate to Dallas.

He says a small New York company has already contacted him, and plans to make the move.

John Crawford, president of the business group DowntownDallas, says he knew the i-Phones would grab attention.

Crawford: We're trying to strike at the situations in California and New York where we think we've got a better proposition to offer here than what they're going through.

DowntownDallas and the Chamber of Commerce funded the 250 thousand dollar cost for the program.
