Top Stories: Grand Prairie Woman Found Guilty Of Illegally Voting; Collin County's Transgender Mayor

The top local stories this morning from KERA News:

A woman from Grand Prairie has been sentenced to eight years in prison and dealt a $10,000 fine for illegal voting. Rosa Maria Ortega knowingly voted in the 2012 presidential election and 2014 GOP primary, even though she wasn't a citizen, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
