Perry Will Make A Decision On White House Bid In 2015

Christopher Halloran

Gov. Rick Perry is in New Hampshire saying he's preparing to make a second run for president. The GOP hopeful says he'll make a decision in May or June.

A slew of possible presidential candidates visited New Hampshire to aide candidates in the midterms, but Perry is the first to return after last week’s election. Perry is stopping in the New Hampshire towns of Manchester and Keene today after a full day of events Sunday. He placed sixth in the New Hampshire primary in 2012 and has been working to rehabilitate his image by meeting with voters and activists statewide.

Perry says Republicans won control of the Senate because voters are sick of Democratic policies, not because they love Republicans. He also says the party should focus on energy, taxes and securing the border.
