From The Newsroom: TCU Opts Out Of Campus Carry Law; Teaching Young Latinos How To Be Leaders

The top local stories this evening from the KERA Newsroom: TCU announced Friday that it won't allow concealed weapons on campus. KERA reports on a decision that sets the private Fort Worth school apart from state universities that will be required to allow "campus carry."

Just days after a federal appeals court put President Obama’s immigration reforms on hold, more than 500 top Hispanic high school students from across the country and Latin America are in Dallas. They’ll spend the weekend with the National Hispanic Institute, learning how to be future leaders.

The Kimbell Art Museum is taking an unusual solo look at an artist from the Impressionist movement. His name is Gustave Caillebotte, who most people have never heard of.
