NALEO, the National Association of Latino Elected and appointed Officials, is a bipartisan organization with more than 5,000 members from 43 states. Both GOP chair Ken Mehlman and DNC chair Howard Dean were keynote speakers at NALEO's annual convention in Dallas today.
