Austin, TX – There is still no quorum in the Texas Senate, and Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst announced Wednesday that the Senate will stand at ease until 10 a.m. Thursday. He said that on Thursday, he plans to announce the Senate will stand at ease until 10 a.m. Monday.
