Scotus On Medical Marijuana

NPR's Nina Totenberg reports on a case before the Supreme Court today examining the legality of marijuana for medical purposes. Californians approved a ballot initiative five years ago decriminalizing pot for "medical necessities," but the drug remains illegal in federal law.
