ADA Limited

NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on a U.S. Supreme Court decision yesterday that limits the scope of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Court ruled that state employees may not use the ADA, enacted by the federal government in 1990, to bring disability discrimination suits against state governments.
