Federal Investigators say the submarine crew of the U.S.S. Greeneville had detected a ship on the surface about an hour ahead of surfacing earlier this month. When the sub did surface, it crashed into a Japanese fishing trawler, sinking that ship. Linda Wertheimer talks with USA Today reporter Martin Kasindorf, who is in Honolulu.
