Gilbert Trigano, the co-founder of Club Med resorts, has died at the age of 80. The resorts pioneered the concept of all-inclusive vacations at exotic private beaches. {He and his son were convicted last year of involuntary manslaughter in a plane crash that killed 30 people.}
