NPR's Guy Raz reports from the German city of Nuremberg on the famous Christmas market where the tradition of Yule-tide gift giving is said to have begun. To keep Christmas in Nuremberg traditional, the city enforces a strict set of regulations -- governing everything that is sold, from the kinds of wooden toys to the length of roast sausages.
