Transition

Noah talks to Martha Joynt Kumar head of the White House 2001 Project. The project is funded by the Pew Charitable Trusts, independent of any one administration, and designed to provide information on how the White House works for the new president and his staff. There are two aspects to the Project. One will provide written information to new White House staffers about their offices. The second will smooth the nomination process for presidential appointees by preparing a software package to assist in filling out the necessary forms.
