Mary Colter's Architechture pt. 2

NPR's Special Correspondent Susan Stamberg has the second of two stories on the architecture of Mary Colter. One of Colter's favorite designs was La Posada, a luxury hotel she designed in Winslow, Arizona 70 years ago. The hotel gradually fell on hard times, and its smooth arches and flagstone floors were covered up as it was transformed into office space for the Santa Fe Railroad. Now La Posada has been restored and reopened, and the grand hotel is helping to revitalize the economy of Winslow.
