While American Airlines pilots continue their fight to stop the company from letting American Eagle pilots fly jets, American has been successful in outsourcing other jobs throughout the company. Bill Zeeble of member station KERA reports that American Airline workers from skycaps to reservation agents have had a hard time stopping the trend.
