State authorities are investigating allegations that a woman was sexually assaulted by a former Baylor football player. She told police that she was assaulted by Shawn Oakman in Waco early Sunday morning.
Austin police have arrested a 17-year-old suspect in the killing of a first-year University of Texas dance student. The body of 18-year-old Haruka Weiser was discovered Tuesday in a creek on the Austin campus.
