The top local stories this morning from KERA News:

Atmos Energy is investigating an explosion at a duplex in South Dallas near Fair Park.

The Dallas Morning News reports two men were hurt on the side of duplex where the explosion happened Monday morning, and were taken to a hospital for an evaluation.

Investigators believe the explosion is gas-related, but they haven't determined the actual cause yet.

Three gas-related explosions in northwest Dallas in February raised questions about Atmos gas distribution lines. Federal investigators have said Atmos was aware of gas leaks in that neighborhood for more than seven weeks before an explosion killed a 12-year-old girl.
