Top Stories: Dallas City Council Delays Bond Election; What's Next For Fort Worth's Police Chief?

The Dallas City Council wants to delay a bond election until November. A proposed $800 million package would pay for infrastructure improvements, including flood control, bridges and streets. Mayor Mike Rawlings says the council needs more time hammering out a package.
